Exhibition Overview
To thoroughly implement the strategic deployments of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 20th CPC Central Committee on "accelerating the construction of a new development pattern and expanding high-level opening-up" and "promoting green and low-carbon development and building a modern industrial system", and to fulfill the core requirements of the "15th Five-Year Plan" proposals regarding "building a modern infrastructure system and enhancing the resilience of the industry and supply chain", we aim to further strengthen the collaborative efficiency of the international engineering construction supply chain and support the interconnectivity and high-quality development of infrastructure in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region. The 2026 International Engineering Construction Expo and the 2026 6th International Engineering Construction Supply Chain Expo (hereinafter referred to as the Expo), jointly organized by China Foreign Trade Center Group Co., Ltd., Tianjin Urban Infrastructure Investment Group Co., Ltd., China International Association for Project Consultation, and the International Economic and Technical Cooperation Center of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, and undertaken by National Convention and Exhibition Center (Tianjin) Co., Ltd. and Huanya (Beijing) International Exhibition Co., Ltd. (International Engineering), among others, is scheduled to be held from September 16 to 18, 2026, at the National Convention and Exhibition Center (Tianjin). The 2026 Green and Low-Carbon Expo will be held concurrently. This Expo will focus on the trends of intelligent, green, and integrated development in engineering construction, showcasing cutting-edge achievements in Chinese construction, smart construction, and green building materials. It will feature exhibition zones for intelligent construction, green energy-saving building materials, and engineering services, connecting the entire supply chain to help Chinese technology, equipment, and services go global via the "Belt and Road Initiative", thereby enhancing the resilience of the industry supply chain and global competitiveness.
The Expo will invite professional visitors through multiple channels, including targeted invitations by relevant ministries and commissions of the state and competent departments of the Tianjin Municipal Government, professional groups organized by chambers of commerce and associations, precise matchmaking with leading enterprises, cooperative recruitment and promotional traffic generation by professional media, in-depth participation by academic research institutions, international channel expansion invitations, and precise matching via the databases of the China Foreign Trade Center Group and National Convention and Exhibition Center (Tianjin). Target audiences include: local development and reform, industry and information technology, ecological environmental protection, agriculture and rural affairs, and housing and urban-rural development departments; large-scale general engineering contractors; international general contracting units; specialized subcontracting, labor, and decoration enterprises; regional construction groups; municipal transportation groups; engineering consulting agencies; traders and agents of engineering construction materials and equipment; design institutes; experts from research institutes; management committees of national-level economic and technological development zones and high-tech zones; park platform companies; city investment and energy investment companies across provinces and cities; production-oriented enterprises facing high energy consumption, EU carbon tariffs, or green supply chain audits; facility, energy, and EHS engineers of enterprises/factories; investors and financial institutions; international buyers and government delegations (from Belt and Road countries, SCO, Central Asia, Arab countries, etc.); media and industry observers.
The dual exhibition plans an exhibition area of 100,000 square meters, expecting 1,000 participating companies and over 100,000 professional visitors.
