The lotus holds special symbolism and significance in Jinan, the capital of Shandong Province. Lotus, willow, springs, and lakes outline Jinan’s natural scenery as the “Jiangnan of the North.” The symbol of the lotus has deeply permeated the marrow of this modern historical city and its people.
Jinan West Railway Station is the largest station in Shandong Province, the second-largest hub on the Beijing-Shanghai High-Speed Railway line, and one of five origin/destination stations. It connects the Capital Economic Circle to the north and the Yangtze River Delta Economic Circle to the south, linking the Shandong Peninsula with Central China east-west, serving as a key intersection on the Bohai Rim Economic Zone and the Beijing-Shanghai economic axis.

Lean Manufacturing: “Lotus Shaped in Decoration”
The "Lotus" smart streetlight draws design inspiration from the lotus flower. It integrates elements such as petals, stems, and leaves into the luminaire using modern design techniques, fully combining optical and aesthetic design. With a blue halo at night and ambient lighting displaying "Welcome to Jinan," the main and auxiliary lights complement each other. The lifelike petal and stamen-shaped lampshades meet nighttime illumination needs, adding artistic beauty to Jinan West Railway Station.
